She now works as the Global Head of Operations at Firework, leading the development and execution of operational strategies that support the growth and excellence of their video commerce platform. She has successfully established and optimized operational structures, guidelines, and best practices that have contributed to the company's exponential growth. The operations team are across the world and provide live commerce strategy, consultation, activation, execution, and insight for customers in all categories.
