Diana Soler

Diana began her career in Business Development, where she oversaw the expansion of Latin America for Luxury Retreats, the world's largest luxury vacation rental. Following the company's acquisition by Airbnb, she shifted her career and took on the role of Program Manager of Host Success, leading a team of customer success specialists for Airbnb Luxe.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Diana pivoted her career again and joined AppDirect to establish their Product Operations function. In this position, she was responsible for developing policies and procedures that would promote operational excellence throughout the product development lifecycle while also optimizing communication and processes between cross-functional teams and the Product team.

In July 2022, Diana joined Assent as Director of Product Operations, where she is responsible for Product enablement, Product Operational Excellence, and Product Engagement and Collaboration across Assent.

Diana also devotes her spare time to mentoring for two organizations: Technovation, which empowers young girls between the ages of 8 and 18 to identify community issues and develop tech solutions to solve them, developing their leadership and creative problem-solving skills. Diana also mentors for Hispanotech.ca, which promotes the success of Latin American STEM professionals in Canada's technology markets.
